Australians in England 1912: a rare real photo postcard by Wiles (Hove) titled 'Sussex V Australian: Hove: 1912' used in August 1913. The 3-day match was played at the new County ground, Hove, Brighton at the end of July 1912. Macartney made 142 in the first innings and 121 in the 2nd. He was dismissed by Relf both times. For the home team, Ranjitsinhji made 125 in the first innings and the match was drawn before he batted in the 2nd.
