A Chinese Dehua tripod censer Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) or Qing Dynasty (1644-1912), circa 1640 the bombe form censer with rope twist handles, covered in a fine pale blue glaze. 7 cm high, 12 cm diameter. Provenance: Mossgreen Auctions, 2 June 2008, lot 208 from a private Melbourne collection, Ex. Marchant and Son, blanc de chine, London, Dec. 1985, no. 25.
