1948 Australian Team, very large and impressive team photograph, showing the team in cricket attire, some wearing their 1948 Baggy Green Caps, the photograph, laid down to board, measures 104 x 76 cm. Title 'Australian Cricket Team 1948' and players names on piece affixed lower centre, and indistinctly written at lower right in white lettering 'With the Compliments of Plummer Roddis Ltd, Hastings' (a large department store, now Debenhams). Odd marks and damp staining, otherwise good condition, the photograph probably formed part of a window display during the summer of 1948
