A cushion shaped cluster ring, measuring 11.1 x 11.0 mm, featuring one round sapphire of reported weight 1.40 carats, claw set in four pillar setting, surrounded by a halo of twenty small round brilliant cut diamonds of reported total weight 0.20 carats, bead set and millegrained. Set on a plain band, rounded with flat sides and sweep-up pointed shoulders. 18ct white gold. Total weight 5.5 grams. Ring size M 1/2. Gemmologist's report.
