An antique Turkoman all wool rug, repeating geometric designs to the field, variable red and indigo tones. 157 x 101 cm. Showing some signs of wear. Ex. the estate of Elizabeth Gunn MBE (1879 - 26 October) our vendors great aunt, a noted antique collector. Elizabeth was a New Zealand school and army doctor and public health official. She was a pioneer in the field of children's health and was instrumental in the establishment of children's health camps in New Zealand.
