A fine George I figured walnut bureau bookcase, circa 1720, the double arched cornice above a pair of mirrored cabinet doors enclosing the original fitted interior of compartments and drawers, above a pair of candle slides, the lower part, of conventional form with a fall front enclosing a similarly fitted interior above two short and two long drawers, on bun feet. Cross-banded throughout. 212 cm high, 104 cm wide, 57 cm deep.
