H.M.V.S. Cerberus Melbourne footlocker from the ironclad Victorian Navy ship, pine with original Indian red painted finish, top engraved 'H.M.V.N.S. Cerberus Melbourne', interior lined with contemporaneous news clippings and lithograph portrait of the ship from the illustrated Australian news, July 9th 1884. Ink inscription reads 'A.J.
