A famille rose 'Hundred Bats' bottle vase, probably Republic period, of squat globular form rising to a tall cylindrical neck, painted on the exterior with numerous iron-red bats among trailing cloud scrolls, all between a band of lappets around the base and a cloud collar border at the mouth, the base inscribed in iron-red with a six-character mark of Guangxu, 32.5 cm high
