A Heriz rug, the stellar medallion on a brick red ground with ivory spandrels, within a triple border of meandering tendril and flowerheads, 311 x 180 cm, condition: one small area 7 x 9 cm of insect damage to one section, 50 cm from end, variations in the blue dye used where to either end it has gone brown, otherwise in good condition having wear consistent with age and use.
