The Platt Collection, a important Collection of 27 Aboriginal Ethnographic artifacts, central and Northern Australia. B. Platt was a school teacher in Burwood, Sydney. In the 1920's & 1930's he amassed a Collection of aboriginal artefacts while travelling through central and northern Australia. Many of the pieces in the collection are accompanied by interesting handwritten provenances. (refer to collection booklet).
