An estate Edwardian style pearl and diamond brooch, featuring a 7. cm, brownish-grey pearl in centre, surrounded by eighteen small old European cut diamonds of reported total weight 0.25 carats, on a bar with three old European cut diamonds claw set at each end and one suspended from centre, of estimated total weight 1.80 carats. Accented by twenty-four mixed old rose cut and single cut diamonds grain set across garland motif. Secured with pin and plain hook catch. Weight 7.04 grams. Size 3.74 x 2.9 cm. Gemmologist's report, metal tests as an alloy of platinum (36%), nickel (60%), gold and palladium.
