A large heavy gauge copper and silver plate relief cast wall plaque or sideboard dish, 19th century, probably French, with a Leda and the swan roundel enclosed by a textured well, four cartouches to the cavetto featuring allegorical figural narratives amidst elaborate scrollwork, the border decorated with amorini, vegetal scrollwork and grotesques, unmarked, diameter 48.5 cm.
