A Chinese rosewood throne chair in the manner of the Qing dynasty, the back panel carved in relief with an Imperial dragon, surmounted and flanked by carved dragon panels and openwork, the arms carved as conforming sinuous dragons, the panel seat raised above a carved apron on ball and claw feet from a plinth base. With accompanying footstool. 106 cm x 78 cm x 130 cm.
