Three Straits Chinese silver hair Combs/Pins, 19th/Early 20th century, comprising a crescent moon shaped comb with repousse decoration of Buddhist precious emblems, and two hair pins decorated with coiled dragons. The comb 4.5 cm high, 10 cm wide. The larger pin 20 cm long, 6 cm wide. Provenance: by repute, deaccessioned from the Pinang Peranakan mansion Museum, Penang, Malaysia.
