A Khmer bronze figure of a standing Buddha, Angkor period (802-1431), circa 13th century, the figure holding both hands in abhaya mudra, wearing elaborate dhoti and cloak, jewels and crown. Covered in a verdigris encrusted patina. Mounted on an old Thai red lacquered and gilt carved wooden plinth. The figure 18 cm high, 7 cm wide. With stand 24 cm high
