18ct white gold, sapphire and diamond ring, of cluster design, centring on an oval-shaped blue sapphire, stated to weigh 5.56 carats, claw-set within a surround of brilliant-cut diamonds, the diamonds together weighing approximately 1.55 carats, size M. Accompanied by a GIA report numbered 1206890755, dated 13 February 2020, stating that the 5.56 carat sapphire is natural, with no indications of heating.
