Designed as an open work heart centring an oval cultured pearl measuring 11 mm surmounted by a brilliant-cut diamond weighing approximately 0.18 carat, completed by a neoprene cord with 18ct gold terminals, total length approximately 400 mm, signed Paspaley, maker's mark.
