Leslie Alfred Brighthope (1913 - 2004) was an A-Grade cricketer who played for South Melbourne during the 1930s (and for other teams before and after that). A group of four medals or fobs associated with his cricketing career: L.W.J.L.Cricket Club 'Best All Round' 1926-27 (9ct gold), 'Special' from the same club, 1926-27 (9ct gold on sterling silver), also, the 'Best All Round' for 1927-28 (9ct gold) and finally, Brighthope's 1938-38 South Melbourne C.C. membership fob for 1937-38.
