An Art Nouveau sterling silver and enamel cigarette case, the body decorated with two applied hinge silver and enamel straps with a map of Australia at the centre flanked by a kangaroo and an emu. Engraved initials to back, maker James Fenton & Co, hallmarked Birmingham 1906, length 8.5 cm, width 7 cm. Provenance: The Ruth Simon Collection, privately acquired from the above in 2005
