Two Chinese famille rose porcelain dishes. One decorated with 2 red phoenix and two green dragons, iron red 4 character mark to base diameter 23.5 cm. The other decorated with peaches, bat and flowering branches. Iron red peach and bat Kangxi mark to base. Large chip to rim, pieces available diameter 23 cm. Provenance: George Halla, Czech Republic Consul to New South Wales, 1948; thence by descent. Private Collection, Sydney.
