A two day marine chronometer, Hamilton, American, mid 20th century the approximately 12 cm silvered Arabic dial signed 'Hamilton Lancaster, P.A. U.S.A, no. 1641, 1941' with up and down indicator, the striped nickel 14 jewel movement with detent escapement, free sprung with helical hairspring, in a gimballed bowl, contained within the original stained mahogany carrying box, approximately 19 x 19 x 19 cm.
