A large antique Persian Kerman hand knotted carpet, the plain field attractively faded to soft madder, framed by old ivory and bleu celeste border patterned with roses. Wool pile on cotton weft and warp. Rebound edges and slight losses and small repairs to fringes, pile worn overall. 261 x 385 cm. (Previously retailed by House of Haghi and priced at $12,550)
