A very large antique Persian Kashan hand knotted carpet, with a large central medallion on a field faded to a deep salmon patterned with lotus flowers, framed by a walnut, old ivory and bleu-celeste toned border patterned with a lotus meander. Wool pile on cotton weft and warp. Rebound edges, pile worn overall. 305 x 383 cm. [11.68m²] (Previously retailed by House of Haghi)
