A 19th century Anton Teutenberg 1886 'The Auckland College and Grammar School' silver medallion, 'Won by A. L. Wilson 1886'. The obverse cast in relief with school crest and details, the reverse with crossed laurel branches and shield including inscription and makers initials 'A.T', diameter 2.8 cm. Note: The recipient was Arthur Liston Wilson (1870-1937) who's grandfather, William Chisholm Wilson (1810-1876) was the founder of the New Zealand Herald newspaper.
