A small 18ct gold and malachite box by Faberge, of oblong shape with bevel edged panels of malachite to the hinged lid and base, a cabochon green beryl forming as the thumbpiece. Marked inside the lid with maker's mark (unknown), K.??????' and 750. Engraved to the front with a small heraldic blazon: a cross wavy, quarterly in the first and third - azure, the second and fourth - or. 4.5 x 2.5 x 2 cm.
