Empire patinated and gilt-bronze and marble clock with garnitures, by Vincent & Cie, c. 1860, the clock face surmounted by an eagle holding a flaming torche in its claws, and flanked by two bronze female figures reading and writing, raised on a verd antique marble base with ormolu mounts depicting sphinxes, bell striking movement, backplate stamped Vincent & Cie, Medaille DArgent 1855, together with a pair of candelabra garnitures (3), height 51 cm, width 62 cm, height 55 cm.
