Regency mahogany bracket clock, c.1825, by James Burroughs, Ironbridge, with circular painted dial with Roman numerals and blued steel hands, beneath hinged bezel and convex glass, the 8 day double fusee movement with anchor escapement strikes the hour on the bell, set within a chamfer top case veneered in flame mahogany, with acorn finial, with raised ebonised detailing to the front and mouldings, with silk backed fish scale sound frets, with ornate carry handles and glazed rear door, the whole resting on four ball feet, 53 cm x 31 cm x 17 cm
