Three train bracket clock by Johnson, the 8-day three train movement with anchor escapement, quarter chiming on 8 bells, the 8 inch white enamel dial signed 'Johnson, Grays Inn Passage', the back plate similarly signed. Contained in a mahogany panelled broken arch case with brass inlay, with pierced engraved fretwood panels. English circa 1800. Height 38 cm, the case is in good condition with no visible signs of repair, damage or losses. The movement is in working order but has not been tested for time.
