A Chinese Longquan celadon bowl, Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), 14th century, with carved decoration to the interior and exterior, and impressed decoration of a flower to the centre, covered in a sea-green glaze. Together with a fitted Japanese wooden box. 7 cm high, 15.5 cm diameter. Broad glaze crackle to the whole piece, with some staining to the bottom of the interior. No hairline cracks, no chips. Approximately 868 gm total weight including box.
