A Tibetan thangka of Buddha in a Mandala, 19th century, depicting a golden-skinned Buddha seated in padmasana within a mandala surrounded by deities, in an old brocade silk mount. The image 66 cm x 47 cm. The whole thangka 127 cm x 80 cm. Multiple creases and staining and small losses to the paintwork.
