A Japanese Kyoyaki studio Kashiki covered bowl, Showa period (1926-1989), circa 1930s, of conical stem-form with domed lid, painted with raised enamels, gilding and silver with scrolling peonies. Circular impressed mark to the base (unread). Together with tomobako (original signed wooden box). 14.5 cm high, 18 cm diameter. No visible faults or damage
