A set of ten Japanese Imari Kinrande sake cups, Edo period (1603-1868), 18th century, decorated with scenes of flowers and butterflies in a brocade design. Four character Chengua marks to the bases. Provenance: the de Voogd collection, each 4.5 cm high, 6 cm diameter. One cup with a hairline crack emanating from the rim. Approximately 438 gm total weight for the ten cups together.
