A Chinese Junyao bowl, Yuan Dynasty (1279-1368), a stoneware bowl covered in a cloudy greyish-blue glaze, partly obscured remains of an inscription on the base, together with a fitted Chinese indigo cotton box. Provenance: the de Voogd collection, 8 cm high, 18 cm diameter. Multiple firing flaws including firing cracks and pinholes. Approximately 1176 gm total weight including box.
