A pair of Ordos bronze antelope figures, Ordos culture, circa 5th to 1st century BC, modelled as galloping antelopes of hollow formed bronze with a fine verdigris patina, on fitted hardwood stands, together with a fitted Chinese brocade box. Provenance: the de Voogd collection, the antelopes approximately 6.5 cm high, 11 cm wide. Both figures with losses to ears, otherwise no other visible faults or damage. Approximately 658 gm total weight including box.
