An Art Deco bronze and ivory figure of a dancer with cymbals, by Gerda Gerdago, circa 1920, the female modelled in a spirited dancing pose holding a cymbal in each hand, painted in polychrome enamel and gold patina, her costume incorporating geometric motifs, and a theatrical headpiece featuring disks inset with semiprecious stones, her carved ivory face with a focused expression, mounted on an oval green onyx base. Arthur Rubinstein foundry mark, Gerdago, and Austria marked to the bronze. 35 cm high, 18.5 cm wide, 11 cm deep
