A Napoleon III Cut-Brass and boulle inlaid ebonized secretaire, circa 1860, the modest- sized ladies secretaire, nicely inlaid with cut brass scrolls, with five drawers and a central drop down door revealing a magenta coloured velvet writing surface, and blonde amboyna interior, the whole with a rouge marble top, ormolu mounts and raised on four bun feet. 139 cm high, 74.8 cm wide, 35 cm deep
