A Chelsea soft paste serving dish, 18th century, circa 1760, the oval dish with a petal form rim, decorated with sprays of flowers and a scene of exotic birds in landscape to centre. Painted gold anchor mark to reverse. The John scarce collection, 2.9 cm high, 27.9 cm wide, 22.1 cm wide. Approximately 556 gms weight.
