A rare Della Robbia (1894-1906) British art pottery vase, mild relief scrolling leaf decoration with streaky blue/black glaze on brown. Incised makers ship and other marks to base, height 16 cm. Note: The Della Robbia pottery was established as a true Arts & Crafts pottery on the lines advocated by William Morris, using local labour and raw materials such as local red clay from Moreton, Wirral.
