The same issue also carries an 'Advertisement' stating that a great number of Thames waterman have been, or are about to be, pressed into service aboard His Majesty's Fleet or otherwise face imprisonment, issue 256 (Apr.27) reports of a favorable response from the the Spanish Ambassador to the proposed Treaty and issue 257 (Apr.30) records that details of proposed Treaty are eagerly awaited for throughout Europe, condition variable with some aging as to be expected, generally quite fine.
