Australasia. Drawn under the direction of Mr. Pinkerton by L. Hebert. Neele sculpt. 352 Strand. London: published April 15th. 1813, by Cadell & Davies, Strand & Longman, Hurst, Rees, Orme, & Brown, Paternoster Row. 56 x 82 cm, framed and glazed. (60 x 86 cm overall). The outline of Australia is nearly complete, but still with 'Unknown Parts' around modern day Cooktown in Carpentaria and the coast of South Australia, and there is no detail away from the coast, parts of the New Guinea coast are speculative and, in New Zealand, the Banks Peninsula is shown as an island.
