Description:
A ruby and diamond brooch, of starburst design, featuring alternating mixed cut rubies and round brilliant cut diamond set tips, with a cluster of rubies to the centre, in 14ct gold. The brooch presents in good overall condition. Several of the stones (approx 2) will require having the claws re-tipped. The reverse shows evidence of some minor repairs with glue behind several stones. Diameter 43 mm. 12.17 grams approximately.
