Large and impressive cedar console table Circa 1875 92 x 155x 82 Full cedar wit a cross-banded frieze of ribbon grain cedar, turned supports and backboard to the rear and boldly scrolled serpentine front supports with paw feet on a platform base. Provenance: Leigh Memorial Methodist Church, 119 Macquarie Street, Parramatta, designed by James Tosh and named after the first Methodist Minister in Parramatta.
