Antique pull-along doll pushing a three-wheel carriage; appears to be based on the Godwin clockwork walking doll by Stevens & brown of Connecticut (circa 1870s) but does not have the mechanism under the seat of the carriage. the doll, with ceramic head and torso, has metal legs and feet in her original shoes and they are fully functional providing a quite realiztic walking movement; the clothing appears to be a combination of original garments and later additions. Height 28.5 cm (11.25 inches).
