(190 x 35 x 55 mm) built at the Newport Workshops to designs supplied by Cowans, Sheldon & Co of Carlisle, England. 1911 mobile steam crane No.5 (190 x 35 x 55 mm, plus flat wagon) built at the Newport Workshops to designs supplied by Cowans, Sheldon & Co of Carlisle, England. (each of the cranes had an 80psi vertical steam boiler and a twin 8-inch x 14-inch cylinder winding engine, with a maximum load rating of 30 tons at an 18-feet radius to 14 tons at a 30-feet radius).
