A circa 1891 R Class (R239) steam locomotive (190 x 35 x 50 mm), green livery with gold plated trim, 0-6-0 wheel configuration, configured for branch line use with older rolling stock comprising three passenger carriages and a 'Yz' class guard Vans, total size 695 x 35 x 50 mm. (6 items) (R Class locomotives were built by Robison Bros, Campbell & Sloss (South Melbourne) between 1889 and 1891 breaking the virtual stranglehold that the phoenix foundry at Ballarat had held on Victorian locomotive contracts since 1871).
