A Japanese Kyoyaki studio celadon bowl by Heian Manjudo Showa period (1926-1989), circa 1930S, the large porcelain bowl with carved decoration to the interior and exterior of stylised scrolling peonies and chrysanthemum petal border around the base, the whole covered in an even blue/green celadon glaze. Hexagonal impressed mark to the base. Together with the 'Tomobako' (original signed wooden box). 11 cm high, 25 cm diameter,
