A first period Worcester lidded sucrier, of large size and fluted form, the lid fluted with a scalloped edge and applied rose knop, the whole decorated in polychrome garlands of flowers and leaves in puce, pink, red and green, the edges in deep blue with fine overgilding, signed with an underglaze crescent mark to base. England, circa 1780.
