A rare English specimen carved cedar mirror, of small size, with the original distressed mercury glass rectangular plate. The elaborately carved hybrid Baroque and rococo revival frame with motifs including flowers, foliage, ribbons, shells, acanthus leaves and a cornucopia, around an internally beaded edge, the crest with a central shield with carved initials. England, circa 1880.
