Rare South Australian commemorative silver trowel silver commemorative trowel, marked for JWB, with crown and lion mark, and with engraving to blade of trowel: 'Presented to the Hon C.C. Hawker, on the occasion of his laying the Foundation Stone of the Walkerville Hall, 12th January, 1893.' With ebony handle, in original fitted case, length 34 cm approx. Note: The Walkerville Hall as commemorated, in Adelaide, South Australia still stands.
