A 19th century quality N.Z. colonial inlaid marquetry specimen table, circular form, the top with radiating triangular and starburst patterns in various native timbers with a wider burr kauri outer border and thumb moulded edge, serpentine panelled frieze, raised on turned, fluted and ebonised three leg base with lower circular shelf. Diameter 56.5 cm, height 72 cm. Attributed to the Auckland maker Winks & Hall.
